December 15, 2014 – Whitney Coombs, CPA recently joined Daszkal Bolton as Tax Manager where she will oversee tax engagements serving middle market corporations as well as private equity groups and other investment organizations.
Coombs brings with her seven years of experience in public accounting. Throughout those years, she worked with one of the nation’s largest CPA firms where she most recently served as Federal Tax Manager.
Her expertise has been concentrated around providing tax compliance and planning services to large investment partnerships, including private equity groups. Coombs has worked with public companies and large corporations with foreign operations. Additionally, she has experience in providing professional accounting services to various industries including health care, engineering, and restaurant industries.
Coombs is an active member of the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
She earned a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
