Zvi is a Partner in the International Tax practice where he advises small to large entities and high net worth individuals on various tax compliance issues including tax planning and minimization, federal/state/local tax filings, tax incentives and credits, pre-immigration tax planning, Estates/Gift and Fiduciary tax returns, non-resident tax compliance, FIRPTA issues, and US and States' research and experimentation tax credit. Prior to that, Zvi managed large-scale R&E tax credit projects for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the US (IVAX now part of TEVA Pharmaceuticals) and was in charge of domestic and international tax compliance. Prior to his industry experience, Zvi worked in a large regional CPA firm in Florida. Zvi is a CPA (Florida, Georgia) and a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). Zvi obtained his Master in Taxation from Florida International University's Alvah H. Chapman, Jr. Graduate School of Business. He is a former member of the Executive Committee and the former Treasurer of the Florida Israel Business Forum (FIBF); and a member of the Steering Committee for Broward County's annual Joint Tax and Estate Planning Seminar.
