Kevin is a Tax Partner and the Health Care Industry Leader for Daszkal Bolton. With more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, Kevin assists clients with guidance on corporate structure and governance, profitability analysis, cash flow planning, compensation agreements, succession planning, and due diligence, in addition to tax planning and compliance services.  Representative clients are middle market to large national provider groups, management service organizations, ambulatory surgery centers, treatment facilities and ancillary businesses. As an executive committee member of the National CPA Health Care Advisors Association (HCAA), Kevin utilizes his experience to share thought leadership on industry trends and proactive solutions as a roundtable discussion forum leader and recurring panelist. Kevin is a seasoned speaker with engagements including seminars and panel discussions on topics such as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (provider and consumer perspectives), Cannabis Law and Regulations, and others.  Notably, he participated in a panel discussion before the Florida Senate Select Committee to discuss the impact of PPACA on employers.
