The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County has welcomed Andrea Leslie, an audit manager with Daszkal Bolton, onto its executive board committee. This committee is comprised a select number of existing board directors.
This Hispanic Chamber serves as a voice for the Hispanic business community as well as a gateway to connect Hispanic business owned businesses with the entire business community in Palm Beach County.
Leslie, who was first invited to join the organization’s board of directors in January 2015, accepted the position of an executive officer for the Hispanic Chamber at the start of 2016.
“Being able to serve our local Hispanic business community in this capacity is a point of pride,” shares Leslie about her new role on the executive committee. “The Hispanic Chamber has a long history of bringing Hispanic business owners and professionals together in order to network with each other as well as others. The relationships developed are what lead to success for all of us and economic growth for the region. It’s a particularly exciting time to be involved as we’ve developed a strategic plan that will guide and accelerate our presence in the business community in the coming years. I’m excited to participate in this process and to work alongside several local business leaders in our community.”
“Andrea has been a tremendous asset to our board,” says Maria Antuña, Executive Director of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County. “Her passion for business and collaborative nature will be integral to the effectiveness of our executive committee. We’re pleased with the leadership team we’ve assembled who will guide our organization as we realize our goals. We are extremely optimistic about what the coming years hold in store for the Hispanic Chamber.”
