The Florida Atlantic University Alumni Association (FAUAA) has named Craig M. Podradchik to its board of directors.
Podradchik completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1998 and subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Accounting in 2000 from Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
“Since graduating, I have continued to be a proud Owl and an ambassador of FAU,” says Podradchik. “It’s an honor to have this opportunity to serve the university and share my school pride through a strategic role with the Alumni Association.”
Podradchik, a lifetime member of FAUAA, is an audit and assurance partner at Daszkal Bolton, a leading regional accounting, tax and advisory services firm in South Florida. Throughout his career in public accounting, Podradchik has shown his FAU pride through deliberate campus recruiting efforts at FAU for two global accounting firms.
Since joining Daszkal Bolton in 2006, Podradchik continued his recruiting efforts. He also designed and launched an audit internship program that continues today and is primarily focused on FAU. “Since launching our internship program, we have not only offered rewarding internships to FAU students, but have also transitioned several into full-time professional positions,” Podradchik shares proudly.
“I’ve enjoyed staying involved at FAU through career fairs, Beta Alpha Psi presentations, Resume Manias, mock interview sessions, Beta Alpha Psi development workshops, and other programs over the years. I’ve also had the good fortune to attend several business-oriented events associated with the University, including the FAU Business Leader of the Year Awards on several occasions. This new affiliation with the FAU Alumni Association Board of Directors offers a means to help in fostering the sense of school pride for other alumni that I have felt for years.”
