Daszkal Bolton has expanded its Transaction Advisory Services Practice with the addition of Supervisor Angelo Pierre in the Boca Raton office.

“Due to the continuous growth of the firm, we have grown our Transaction Advisory team to meet client needs,” states Managing Partner Michael Daszkal. “Angelo brings due diligence and business valuation experience for potential transactions.”

The Transaction Advisory Services Practice team is led by Director Brett Burgan and Partner Craig Podradchik. Additional team members include Managing Partner Michael Daszkal and Director Alex Petrone, as well as Supervisor Angelo Pierre and Senior Associate Richard Wu. Our transaction advisory professionals advise clients through every stage of the transaction life cycle.
