Daszkal Bolton Appoints Three New Partners

The New Year brought the appointment of three new Partners to the leadership roster at Daszkal Bolton LLP for 2013. All are long tenured employees of Daszkal Bolton and each has served as Principal for the prior two years. 

Sanford (Sandy) Smith, CPA, has been promoted to Partner in the Tax Services Division. Sharon Bradley, CPA, and Craig Podradchik, CPA, have both been promoted to Partner in the Audit and Accounting Division.

Sanford A. Smith, CPA: Sandy focuses primarily on tax minimization strategies and retirement planning for high net worth individuals and business owners. His area of corporate expertise consists of tax planning and compliance, resolving complex tax issues relating to domestic transactions and investment activities, as well as state and local tax compliance. Sandy also assists clients with income tax planning and compliance, multi-year and transactional tax matters, as well as conflict resolution with state and federal taxing authorities. He has represented several clients during IRS Audits. Sandy is an active Trustee Member of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. Sandy can be reached at [email protected].

Sharon A. Bradley, CPA: Sherry utilizes her experience as an auditor, accountant and compliance analyst to assist companies in finding their way through the tangled web of rules and regulations to maintain state and federal compliance. Sherry is a key member of our Employee Benefit Plan audit team and assists nonpublic companies and not-for-profit organizations with their internal controls, analytical reviews and audits. In addition, she performs audits for public companies in the real estate, mortgage, healthcare, manufacturing and tourism industries. Sherry is a member of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, and a Graduate of Leadership Fort Lauderdale Class of 2012. Sharon is an active member of Financial Executives International (FEI), and was recently honored as a “Woman Extraordinaire” by Business Leader Magazine for 2011. Craig M. Podradchik, CPA: Craig is responsible for conducting audits and providing advisory services for both public and privately-held companies. Craig focuses primarily on providing attestation services for large companies in the biotech, construction, manufacturing and retail industries, as well as corporate pension and insurance plans. In addition to performing compliance services, Craig also evaluates the effectiveness of companies’ internal control environments under Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and completes due diligence services in connection with merger and acquisition transactions.
