Audit Senior (2-4 years) (Boca Raton or Sunrise)
Responsibilities include the handling of day-to-day planning and management of client engagements as well as supervising activities of staff assigned to the engagement. Previous experience in a similar role in public accounting required. CPA designation or working towards this designation highly desired. Bilingual highly desired. Two opportunities available.

Senior Associate – Transaction Advisory Services (3-4 years) (Boca Raton)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with both private equity and strategic corporate buyers, perform quality of earnings and quality of net assets analyses, analyze the financial operations of the target companies and identify issues that may impact the purchase price, understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies, and communicate due diligence findings in a formal report. 3+ years of recent public accounting experience required. Prior transaction advisory services experience is preferred. CPA license preferred. MBA or CFA is preferred.

Tax Senior (2-4 years) (Boca Raton or Jupiter)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparation and review of tax returns, including individual, partnership, corporate, trust and non-profit returns, technical research and preparation of financial statements. Previous experience in a similar role in public accounting required. CPA designation or working towards this designation highly desired. Bilingual highly desired.

Tax Supervisor (5-7 years) (Jupiter)
Position requires an individual experienced with being involved in almost all areas of the engagement. They have developed technical proficiency and the ability to supervise and complete engagements, possess a thorough knowledge of the Firm’s policies and procedures, and serve as intermediaries between partners, clients and associates. This individual would be responsible for organizing and coordinating clients’ tax data for the accurate, timely completion of individual tax returns and simple- to moderately-complex business and individual income tax returns. Previous experience in a similar role in public accounting required. CPA designation or working towards this designation highly desired.
