Daszkal Bolton today announced that Christopher Galuppo has joined its tax practice as Practice Leader for International Tax. Galuppo comes to Daszkal Bolton with over 20 years of experience in the legal, tax, and accounting aspects of complex domestic and international transactions.

Galuppo has worked in the international tax practices of national and regional firms, with individuals and companies in different industries such as retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial services, construction and real estate. He has extensive experience in domestic and international tax compliance and consulting regarding inbound and outbound taxation which includes advising and structuring domestic and international reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions, advising multi-national clients on the repatriation of earnings, cross-border investment/financing, entity formation, and the review of ASC 740 international tax provision calculations for financial statement presentation. Chris also advises clients with respect to Subpart F concerns, foreign tax credit planning, FATCA issues/reporting, OVDP matters and pre-immigration planning.
Galuppo holds a J. D. concentrating on taxation, cum laude from the University of Miami Law School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Miami. Chris is a licensed CPA in New York and Florida and a member of the Bar in New York, Connecticut, and Florida.
