Open Positions

Audit Manager

(8-10 years) (Boca Raton or Sunrise)

Managers are essentially partners-in-training and are involved in almost all areas for which partners are responsible. Responsibilities include all phases of audit, compilation and review engagements assigned, including planning meetings, fieldwork supervision, client system documentation, ratio reviews to determine the scope of testing, inquiry and further analysis, risk assessment evaluation, and engagement approach development. Supervises staff in the preparation of work papers to document financial statements and tax returns. Previous experience in progressively challenging, relevant positions. CPA designation required. 

Audit Supervisor

(5-7 years) (Boca Raton or Sunrise)
Responsibilities include coordinating various phases of audit, compilation and review engagements assigned, including budgeting, planning, review of workpapers for accuracy and completeness, review of financial statements for suitability of presentation and adequacy of disclosures. Previous experience experience in progressively challenging, relevant positions. CPA designation required.

Senior Audit Associate

(2-4 years) (Boca Raton, Jupiter, Sunrise)
Responsibilities include the handling of day-to-day planning and management of client engagements as well as supervising activities of staff assigned to the engagement. Previous experience in a similar role in public accounting required. CPA designation or working towards this designation highly desired.

Tax Manager

(8-10 years) (Boca Raton)

Managers are essentially partners-in-training and are involved in almost all areas for which partners are responsible. They exhibit technical proficiency and the ability to supervise and complete engagements, possess a thorough knowledge of the Firm’s policies and procedures, and serve as intermediaries between partners, clients and associates. Responsibilities include planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects in a wide variety of industries. Participates actively in client meetings and tax planning efforts to assist the Auditing and Accounting Department with larger, multi-disciplinary clients. Previous experience in progressively challenging, relevant positions. CPA designation required. 

Tax Supervisor

(5-7 years) (Boca Raton)

This position involves almost all of the areas of the engagement. The individual should have developed technical proficiency and the ability to supervise and complete engagements, possess a thorough knowledge of the Firm’s policies and procedures, and serve as intermediaries between partners, clients and associates. This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating clients’ tax data for the accurate, timely completion of individual tax returns and simple- to moderately-complex business and individual income tax returns. Previous experience in progressively challenging, relevant positions. CPA designation or working towards this designation highly desired.

Staff Accountant - Family Office

(1-2 years) (Jupiter)
Seeking a well-rounded Staff Accountant for our Jupiter family office. Prior family office or public accounting experience preferred but not required. Some job duties of the position include; Prepare monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly close, Maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheets accounts, Assist with the preparation/review of financial statements, tax return, and portfolio reports, Assist with cash flow and budgeting. Advanced skills in Excel and QuickBooks preferred.
