Daszkal Bolton brought its approximately 140 colleagues together in one room for its annual Firmwide Meeting on January 22, 2016. This gathering was the largest in the firm’s history.
The meeting began with a look back at the year that just ended – a momentous year for the firm with the introduction of the Daszkal Bolton Value Code (an affirmation of what we believe through four basic core values that guide decisions and behavior at the firm) as well as a rebranding that was intended to capture the long-standing essence and culture in the firm’s approach to client service.
Throughout the 2016 Firmwide Meeting, we explored how to stay relevant throughout one’s career in public accounting and specifically at Daszkal Bolton. Professionals from all areas of the firm offered their perspectives and experiences through a series of panel discussions that spoke about relevance through community involvement, contributions within our offices, a commitment to client service, and individual professional development.
Throughout the meeting, Daszkal Bolton professionals were recognized, and their accomplishments and contributions were celebrated through the firm’s annual Recognition Awards.
