Ginny provides income tax planning, federal and state tax return preparation, financial statement compilations, and accounting system implementation and support to clients. As an Enrolled Agent with 30 years of experience in public accounting, Ginny is well versed in federal and state tax codes and has the authority to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
Ginny primarily works with closely held, family-owned businesses. Through profit and loss analyses, balance sheet examinations and cash flow projections; Ginny works with clients to help identify profit enhancement and tax minimization opportunities. Additionally, Ginny seeks to improve her clients’ business processes and productivity through technical, financial, and operational solutions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Ginny served as a staff accountant for a local accounting firm where she was responsible for the preparation of corporate, partnership and individual tax returns. She also provided write-up services and bookeeping support to clients as well as compilation and review reports.
Ginny is a graduate of the 2014 Class of Leadership Boca. She is an active volunteer with a number of community organizations, including The George Snow Scholarship Fund and the American Association of Caregiving Youth. In addition, Ginny mentors young women as a volunteer with the organization Women of Tomorrow and has served as a business mentor for the Boca Chamber Young Entrepreneur Academy (YEA!).
