Richard Gray leads the Daszkal Bolton business valuation practice. He has more than 27 years of professional experience in public accounting, the last 18 years spent exclusively in the fields of business valuation and litigation support.
Richard’s credentials include the designations of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) as well as being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
In addition to his experience overseeing valuation services related to matters of family law, corporate disagreements, probate issues, and damages cases, Richard has qualified as an expert witness in Florida, Maryland, Virginia and for Federal Court.
Richard is a frequent speaker and author. He has been invited to present to state societies of CPAs as well as the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) on numerous occasions.
Richard is an active member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA); American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); and American Society of Appraisers. Gray is also a member of National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) where he serves as the Chairperson of the NACVA Education Quality Assurance Board and Past Board Chair of the NACVA Executive Advisory Board and NACVA Valuation Credentialing Board.
Richard earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.
