Open Positions

Audit Senior (2-4 years) (Boca Raton or Sunrise)
Responsibilities include the handling of day-to-day planning and management of client engagements as well as supervising activities of staff assigned to the engagement. Previous experience in a similar role in public accounting required. CPA designation or working towards this designation highly desired. Bilingual highly desired. Two opportunities available.

Executive Assistant- Tax (4 years) (Boca Raton and Sunrise)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing high level administrative support to Partner and/or Principal and professional staff of the Tax departments to include but not limited to client communications, scheduling, time entry, mail handling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, calendar maintenance, tax return processing and filing, special projects and billing support, creating and editing complex client engagement documents, reports, presentations or forms from limited information with minimal guidance; proofreads and edits work of professional staff upon request, serves as client liaison on behalf of Principal and/or Partner for standard engagement matters, establishing and maintaining an excellent professional rapport with external contacts of the Firm. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation and other accounting application systems (MS Office Suite Programs, Adobe, ProSystems, Engagement Plus, etc). Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum high school diploma. Experience in a CPA firm or law firm preferred. Two opportunities available (one in each office).

Senior Associate – Transaction Advisory Services (3+ years) (Boca Raton)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to participating in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with both private equity and strategic corporate buyers, performing quality of earnings and quality of net assets analyses, analyzing the financial operations of the target companies and identify issues that may impact the purchase price, understanding and evaluating financial and operational trends of target companies, communicating due diligence findings in a formal report, supervising junior staff and provide performance review feedback, excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at a time. 3+ years of recent public accounting experience required and prior transaction advisory services experience is preferred. CPA license preferred. MBA or CFA is preferred.

Tax Senior (2-4 years) (Boca Raton or Sunrise)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparation and review of tax returns, including individual, partnership, corporate, trust and non-profit returns, technical research and preparation of financial statements. Previous experience in a similar role in public accounting required. CPA designation or working towards this designation highly desired.

Tax Supervisor (5-7 years) (Boca Raton)
This position involves almost all of the areas of the engagement. The individual should have developed technical proficiency and the ability to supervise and complete engagements, possess a thorough knowledge of the Firm’s policies and procedures, and serve as intermediaries between partners, clients and associates. This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating clients’ tax data for the accurate, timely completion of individual tax returns and simple- to moderately-complex business and individual income tax returns. Previous experience in a similar role in public accounting required. CPA designation or working towards this designation highly desired.
